WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW

Taking that first step is often the hardest and I am so excited to work with you to evolve a healthier YOU! I believe it is important to have a good sense of what to expect in your first session with me so there are no surprises. Be prepared to workout for at least 30 minutes. You will sign a personal contract agreement that details the duration, days/times of the sessions and the location of the training session. Full payment for the sessions you want to purchase must be provided as well.

I want you to feel 100% comfortable and also want you to get the most out of your sessions. Please ask questions if anything is unclear or uncomfortable, use modifications as needed so you can get through the session, and pace, pace, pace. Remember, this is not a race, and mastering the form and technique of each exercise is most important in achieving results. Be honest and give feedback so I can ensure you are getting exactly what you want and need. Most importantly, don’t be too hard on yourself, the first steps are always the hardest to take, and I’m already proud of you for taking them!
