PERSONAL TRAINING

In person or virtual, one-on-one or team training, which includes customized programming, monthly roadmaps and 90 day progress reports. Sessions are conducted at Erica’s Total Fitness Evolution studio, via Zoom conferencing or at client’s preferred location. In addition, clients who want to experience private indoor cycling or boxing can purchase sessions conducted at Erica’s Total Fitness Evolution studio or also virtually provided they have the necessary equipment.


ONLINE GROUP ACCOUNTABILITY & VIRTUAL GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

21, 30, 60, 80 day or ongoing programs managed through private online groups aimed at evolving healthier habits including working out smarter with quick (30 min or less) and effective workouts and following simple clean eating tips, recipes and meal plans. You are provided with a free coach (ME!), ongoing support and accountability. You can also join my CORE HIIT virtual group fitness classes that are 45 minutes long, no equipment required and ALL LEVELS are welcome!


90 DAY CUSTOMIZED ROAD MAP

Customized 90 day program created to address your specific needs, body type and health and wellness goals. Includes virtual ongoing support, nutrition resources and accountability. Note: client commits to performing the workouts on their own.
